Standard of mushroom soup

Cleared mushrooms cut into thin slices,heat the butter and sauté mushrooms until they are dry,add the meat broth, salt,parsley, grated potatoes and cook over low heat. Connect the egg and flour,mix and add to the soup when the potato is cooked,cook for another 5 minutes.Pepper add when are serving.
